Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In new condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Free from odors, damage, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Items not returned in their original condition
• Opened or damaged collectibles and limited-edition products
• Items missing packaging, accessories, or protective materials

Starting a Return or Exchange

Email info@legesmotus.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Return instructions and a shipping label, when applicable, will be provided.

Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT.

Return Shipping

U.S. orders: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% for Returns. 

International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Returns are inspected after they are received. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
